For more than twenty-three years, she has equipped women, families, and organizations around the world as a personal and professional development coach, corporate consultant and recruiter, branding and marketing strategist, nonprofit founder, award-winning speaker, best-selling author, podcast host, and magazine publisher. She is also a cancer survivor, a pilot, and a global mentor and advocate for children and families navigating infertility, adoption, and foster care.
In all that she does, her work is driven by a deep desire to help others grow, thrive, and walk boldly in who God created them to be – shining their light for His glory. Through every chapter, she remains an unwavering believer in what God can do when we surrender our story to Him — fully, freely, and without fear.
Among many personal and professional achievements and recognitions, Ashley Rae achieved two lifelong dreams when she became a published author and also earned her private pilot license in 2023.
