As founder and owner of IHBE, Ashley Rae has spent the past twenty-three years building her own legacy of service and impact. It’s Her Brand Magazine
It’s Her Brand Magazine was a quarterly publication published in North Dakota for five years by Ashley Rae and IHBE. The publication was dedicated to leading a collaborative movement of Women Celebrating Women and their brands, while creating conversation and understanding around important topics that are impacting women, their families, and our communities. In doing so, the hope was to better support one another and to provide hope, inspiration, encouragement, and resources to women, families, and communities everywhere.
Ultimately, our mission was to cultivate a community where women felt seen, valued, and equipped – not only to grow their brands and businesses, but to strengthen their homes, their relationships, their communities, and their impact in the world. Our heart for publishing is rooted in experience. We’ve walked this journey ourselves—publishing two of our own children’s books, A Shrub Not a Tree and The Great Debate. Those stories reflect what we value most: faith in action, family, character, and everyday lessons that shape hearts and homes. That firsthand process has strengthened our passion to help other authors do the same with excellence and confidence.

Be International Pageant Coaching
Be International Pageant Coaching is a signature brand of IHBE, dedicated to equipping pageant contestants of all ages and across a variety of systems with the confidence, skills, and strategy needed to show up fully prepared—on and off the stage. We don’t create cookie-cutter contestants, and we don’t coach women to fit a mold. Instead, we help each client uncover what makes her uniquely powerful—refining her message and her brand in a way that feels authentic, aligned, and true to who she is.
Rooted in purpose and anchored in faith, BIPC strengthens the mindset and leadership required to compete with purpose and influence others with integrity. Led by Ashley Rae, Mrs. International 2020, this branch of IHBE was built on more than a title—it was built on a global calling and experience. Through coaching and mentorship that extends beyond borders, we work with young ladies and women around the world to develop purpose-driven platforms that resonate internationally and create ripple effects in their homes, communities, and nations. We coach far beyond the crown, so contestants don’t just pursue titles with confidence—they learn to lead with impact long after the sash comes off.

The Serving Crowns is a faith-driven social movement and sharing platform dedicated to helping women who serve shine their light for God’s glory. We provide accessible, affordable, and effective strategic opportunities for service-minded women to showcase their missions, amplify their messages, and strengthen their impact—advancing God’s work across the globe.
By drawing on OUR own platforms, resources, and years of industry experience, The Serving Crowns will rapidly emerge as a leading global platform that elevates women and the many ways in which they’re choosing to use THEIR own time, gifts, and resources to serve God’s people, rather than seeking to be served by them.
